Reservoir Warranty

We know that water is a critical resource to our outdoor adventures, but only when it stays where it belongs! Fortunately, our Hydraulics® reservoirs have convenient replacement parts that you can purchase online.
If, however, your reservoir has sprung a leak somewhere that can't be replaced with a part, you may qualify for the warranty guidelines* under the All Mighty Guarantee. Follow these instructions to file a claim:
STEP 1
Locate the Production Code, embossed on the back seam of your reservoir, softflask or bottle. Refer to this article if you need help finding the code.
STEP 2
File an Osprey Warranty Claim through our manufacturing partner, HydraPak. You will be asked to provide contact information, description of use, product details and the Production Code that's embossed on the back seam of your reservoir.
STEP 3
HydraPak will determine the serviceability of your reservoir, softflask or bottle and provide replacement parts or products as appropriate.

*Damage caused by accident, animal attacks, car doors, trunk lids or zombie apocalypses are not covered. Reservoirs manufactured prior to 2016 were covered under a limited 1-year warranty by our previous manufacturer. If your reservoir was manufactured prior to 2016 and is no longer eligible for warranty coverage, please contact us at 866-284-7830 for options.
