At Osprey, our team enjoys hearing from our customers. The team values any comments, concerns that regard our services or products. However, Osprey’s company policy does not allow our team members to engage in the acceptance of product related ideas other than ones requested. Osprey’s policy is in place to avoid any misunderstandings that have the potential to arise when projects developed by the team seem similar to another person’s idea. Osprey asks that our team does not receive any unsolicited ideas for product and/or artwork. Should you submit an unsolicited idea for a product and/or artwork, your submittal will not be subject to confidentiality, compensation or use.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
At Osprey, we strive to provide the best customer experience possible. If you have purchased an item from Osprey.com that is marked down within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference to you. Sale item must be the same style, size and color.
